# Valuation and Pricing of Tokenized Footballer Pieces

The value and price of each tokenized piece will be determined using a formula based on several components:

* The percentage of the player’s transfer rights being tokenized
* The associated scout fee
* Relevant operational and administrative costs
* The tokenization service fee

These elements are aggregated into the following formula to establish total valuation:

Total Valuation = (Percentage of Share) + Tokenization Fee + Scout Fee + Expenses

This comprehensive valuation determines the price per piece offered to investors during the IBO phase, ensuring fairness and full transparency.
