The Project Scout Footballer Pieces & Flow

The Project Scout holds exclusive control over the future transfer rights of football players for whom it has acquired such rights from their clubs. This authority enables the platform to make independent decisions regarding player transfers while allowing investors to participate in the economic outcomes of these decisions.

Transfer fees may be paid in full or structured to allow the player to remain at their current club temporarily. In such cases, a portion of the footballer’s tokenized shares can be reserved for the club, ensuring that they also benefit from the player’s future success. Despite any such arrangements, The Project Scout retains full decision-making power over the player’s future career moves in accordance with all legal agreements.

Once the acquisition is finalized, The Project Scout allocates shares among itself, the player, and investors. Investor shares are tokenized via the RWA (Real World Asset) model, with each digital piece transparently representing a defined portion of the player’s transfer rights. These tokenized pieces are made available for sale through Initial Baller Offerings (IBOs), ensuring pricing clarity and transactional transparency.

Investors earn proportional returns from future player transfers, aligned with the percentage of ownership they hold. This model guarantees that returns reflect the scale of each investor’s contribution.
