# IBO Participation

### Registration

Participants must register through the Scout App, providing necessary identification and compliance information to meet regulatory standards.

### Eligibility

To qualify for an IBO, participants must fulfill the criteria announced prior to the offering. The primary requirement is the amount and duration of $SCOUT tokens locked by the investor.

### Investment Options

The platform offers various investment tiers, accommodating both small-scale and large-scale investors. This inclusive structure ensures participation from both passionate fans and professional investors.

### Purchase of Pieces

Once the IBO begins, participants can purchase their desired number of footballer pieces using either stablecoins or fiat currencies. The platform provides real-time updates on the number of pieces available and their current price.

### Confirmation and Wallet

After a successful transaction, investors receive a confirmation, and their footballer pieces are securely stored in a publicly visible digital wallet.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://the-project-scout.gitbook.io/scout/getting-started/ibo-participation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
